摘要
滑模施工技术是航电枢纽工程中一项高效、低廉的混凝土施工技术,具有施工速度快、安全可靠、质量好、成本低等优点。通过整体式滑模施工技术的设计与运用,实现了单个闸墩整体一次浇筑成型,确保了结构的整体性,节省了支模和搭设脚手架施工工序,大幅度降低了施工难度,施工工效显著提高。同时,针对航电枢纽工程混凝土施工普遍采用的分层分块方式造成的层间分缝较多、成型质量较差,使用整体式滑模大大保证了其成型的外观质量。
        Sliding formwork technique is a high efficient and low cost concrete construction technology used in navigation and hydropower project,which has advantages of rapid construction speed,safety and reliability,high quality and low cost.By designing and applying integral sliding formwork construction,one-step integral placing and forming of single pier is realized to ensure the structure integrity,reduce construction procedures for formworks and scaffolding,greatly reduce construction difficulties and significantly improve construction efficiency.At the same time,because concrete is normally placed in layers and in blocks at navigation and hydropower projects,so joints between concreter layers are so many and forming quality is poor.However,pier concrete appearance quality is greatly ensured by using integral sliding formwork technique.
