电梯管理对电梯运行质量积极影响研究

摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,各类高层建筑也随之发展起来,电梯和人们的生活联系越来越紧密。在电梯事故频频发生的情况下,加强电梯管理,提高电梯运行质量安全,是人们关注的重点问题。文章主要对电梯运行原理,电梯运行出现的问题和原因分析,提高电梯运行质量的有效措施等相关内容进行了阐述。
With accelerated process of urbanization, various high-rise buildings have developed accordingly, elevators has closer relationship with people's life. Under situation of frequent elevator accidents, people have been paying attention to strengthening elevator management and improving safety of elevator operation. The article analyzes existing problems and causes of elevator operation mainly based on principle of elevator operation, and elaborates effective measures to improve operation quality of elevators.
