摘要
为研究Pb~(2+)对草履虫的毒性作用,配制梯度浓度的Pb~(2+)溶液对25℃培养条件下的尾草履虫进行急性和慢性毒性试验。结果表明:Pb2+对草履虫2h急性毒性半致死浓度(LC50)为2.43mg·L-1,48和96h慢性毒性试验显示Pb~(2+)对草履虫种群生长率有显著的影响,浓度越大,草履虫种群增长速率越低。试验还发现,48h处理结果显示一定浓度(0.2,0.4,0.8mg·L-1)的Pb~(2+)相较于对照组能显著促进草履虫种群增长。
In order to study the toxice effects of Pb~(2+)on paramecium caudatum,the concentration of gradient preparation solution for Paramecium caudatum under culture conditions of 25℃for acute and chronic toxicity experiments.The results showed that lethal concentration(LC50)of on Paramecium caudatum2 hacute toxicity was 2.43 mg·L-1,Pb~(2+)concentration significantly affected the population growth rate of Paramecium caudatum of 48 hand 96 hchronic toxicity experiments,the higher the Pb~(2+)concentration,the lower the population growth rate of Paramecium caudatum.We also found the results of 48 htreatmen,compared with the control group,the population growth of paramecium was significantly increased in a certain scope of concentration of Pb~(2+)(0.2,0.4 and 0.8 mg·L-1).
