南水北调运行初期东平湖浮游植物群落特征分析

摘要
于2013年3月、5月、8月和11月调查南水北调东线工程运行初期东平湖中浮游植物的群落结构,分析调水初期浮游植物群落的物种组成、生物量及优势度指数和Shannon-Wiener生物多样性指数等结构特征,共检出浮游植物8门99种属,栖息密度为459.0×10~4ind./L,生物量为3.33mg/L,生物多样性指数为1.48,其中以针杆藻Synedra sp.、小环藻Cyclotella sp.和席藻Phormidium sp.为主的优势种群共20种属。结果表明,自2013年11月调水后,东平湖浮游植物的种类组成、密度、生物量与Shannon-Wiener生物多样性指数等与其他季节相比无明显差异,表现出一定程度的稳定性。
        The community structure of phytoplankton was investigated in March, May, August and November of 2013, and the species composition, biomass, dominance index and Shannon-Wiener biodiversity index of phytoplankton community were analyzed in initial stages of the eastern route of south-to-north water transfer project in Dongping Lake. There were 99 species phytoplankton in 8 phyla,20 dominant species being primarily consisted of Synedra, Cyclotella and Phormidium, in Dongping Lake, with density of 459.0×104 ind./L, biomass of 3.33 mg/L and Shannon-Wiener index of 1.48. After water transfer(November, 2013), no significant differences in phytoplankton species composition, density, biomass and Shannon-Wiener biodiversity index were observed in Lake Dongping compared with other seasons, the community structure showing to certain extent stability.
