摘要
将黄山市饭店划分为国企饭店、私企饭店和外企饭店,分别选取具有代表性的饭店员工就人本管理情况进行调查,通过对饭店管理层和近百名员工进行问卷调查和访谈,详细了解黄山市不同类型的饭店在员工人本管理方面存在的问题及差异,并就此提出针对不同类型饭店员工人本管理的措施和建议,以期为黄山市饭店业实现人本管理提供指导和借鉴。
This paper explores the existing problems and differences in hotel humanistic management in Huangshan through surveys and interviews conduction. Representative hotels selected here in this paper in Huangshan are in three types: state-owned hotel, private hotel, and foreign hotel. Each type is with three representative hotels for this investigation. This paper surveyed and interviewed their people both in management and hundreds of working levels. Consequently, the detailed measures and suggestions of humanistic management to different types of hotels are provided for guidance and references to realize humanistic management in Huangshan.
