摘要
以离子交换法制备固体酸催化剂,研究了正丁醇的醚化反应。结果表明:正丁醚制备的最佳反应温度为120℃、反应时间90min、催化剂加入量8.7%(质量分数),且反应在常压条件下进行。在此工艺条件下,正丁醚的产率为58.2%,反应的选择性为79.3%。
The aim of this experiment was to research the etherification reactionof n butylalcholbypreparing thesolid acid catalystusing ion exchange method.The catalytic reaction on synthesis of n butyl ether showed that the optimum condition is as follows:reaction temperature120℃,reaction time 90 min,the amount of catalyst 8.7%,under normal pressure.In this process,the yield of n butyl ether was 58.2%.The reaction selectivity was79.3%.
