摘要
为合理高效开发利用低品位难处理金银矿资源,以云南某金银铁多金属氧化矿石为研究对象,进行了加压氰化浸出试验研究。结果表明:在最佳试验条件及原矿Au品位1. 57 g/t、Ag品位37. 20 g/t、Cu品位0. 36%的条件下,获得了Au浸出率92. 36%、Ag浸出率47. 31%、Cu浸出率20. 37%的较好指标;与同等条件下常压氰化浸金相比,加压氰化工艺金浸出率提高约2百分点,银浸出率提高约20百分点,且大幅缩短了浸出时间。该研究结果为低品位金银矿资源的高效开发利用提供有益参考。
In order to effectively exploit low-grade refractory gold and silver resources,the paper takes the Au-Ag-Fe polymetallic oxide ores from Yunnan Province as the research subject and carries out pressurized cyanide leaching experimental study. The results show that under optimal test conditions and when Au grade,Ag grade and Cu grade of the primary ore are 1. 57 g/t,37. 20 g/t and 0. 36 % respectively,the test can obtain good index: Au leaching rate 92. 36 %,Ag leaching rate 47. 31 % and Cu leaching rate 20. 37 %; compared to atmospheric pressure in identical conditions,the pressurized cyanide leaching process is 2 percentage points higher as to gold leaching rate and20 percentage points higher as to silver leaching rate,and can greatly shorten the leaching time. The research achievement can be used as reference to effectively exploit low-grade refractory gold and silver resources.
