次氯酸钠在污水回用循环水上的应用

摘要
以中国石化广州分公司炼油一号循环水场为试验装置,以提高循环水水质为试验目标,在混合了大量回用污水的循环水中投加10%的次氯酸钠溶液与日常投加的三氯异氰尿酸杀菌剂进行复配使用,实践表明该装置水质游离氯合格率同比提高了37.62%,总碱度提高了48.73 mg/L,异养菌含量减少了2.33×10~5个/m L,生物粘泥量减少了1.34 mL/m~3,水质各项指标合格率有所提高,取得了较好的环保效益和经济效益,基本达到试验目标。试验说明次氯酸钠溶液具有良好的杀菌效果,适合在大量回用污水的石化企业循环水场中使用。
A test of adding 10% sodium hypochlorite along with the popular trichloroisocyanuric acid fungicide into circulating water mixed with reused wastewater had been carried out to upgrade the circulating water quality for No.1 circulating water plant in refining section of Sinopec Guangzhou Petrochemical. The results, which are consistent with the test goals, indicate that the sodium hypochlorite solution is suitable for treatment of circulating water mixed with reused wastewater and has good bactericidal peeling effect. The qualification rate of free chlorine in the No.1 circulating water plant increased by 37.62%, the total alkalinity increased by 48.73 mg/L, the heterotrophic bacteria content decreased by 2.33×10~5/mL, the biological slime volume decreased by 1.34 mL/m~3, and the qualified rate of various water quality indicators also improved, achieving the test goals, with good environmental and economic benefits. The test proves that sodium hypochlorite solution has good bactericidal peeling effect and is suitable for use in circulating water plant in petrochemical company with a large amount of wastewater recycled.
