摘要
西安门大桥爆破拆除工程是在两侧新桥建成的基础上,对旧桥进行爆破拆除,由于两桥最近距离仅1.1 m,旧桥塌落振动可能对新桥产生不利影响,因此需对旧桥的爆破拆除方案进行深入分析,以确保新桥的安全。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA动力有限元软件,建立新桥、旧桥以及河道的三维数值模型,根据初步爆破方案,模拟了旧桥从起爆到触地的全过程,并优化起爆时间和起爆顺序,将相邻桥墩起爆时间间隔由880 ms改为200 ms,桥墩两侧拱片起爆时间间隔为100 ms。对河道蓄水和无水,以及桥墩爆破和不爆破的方案进行模拟计算,提出降低水位以减小涌浪影响,同时旧桥桥面进行预处理,增大新桥墩与旧桥距离的爆破方案,从而降低新桥桥墩损伤的风险。结果表明:优化后的方案使大桥成功爆破,模拟结果与实际塌落过程与爆堆形态总体吻合。
        The blasting demolition of Xi′anmen Bridge would be taken on the basis of the completion of the new bridges on both sides.Since the closest distance between the two bridges is only 1.1 m,the collapse vibration of the old bridge may affect the new bridge.In order to ensure the new bridge′s security,the blasting demolition plan of the old bridge needed to be further analyzed.The 3 D model of new bridges,old bridges,and river courses was established with ANSYS/LS-DYNA.According to the preliminary blasting plan,the entire process from detonation to ground contact was simulated,and the initiation time and sequence were optimized.The detonation time delay between adjacent bridge piers was changed from 880 ms to 200 ms,and the time delay between the detonation of the arches on both sides of the pier was 100 ms.The schemes of water storage and no water in the river,bridge pier blasting and no blasting are simulated.The measures that the water level was lowered to reduce the impact of the surge and the bridge deck of the old bridge was pretreated to increase the distance between the new bridge pier and the old bridge,so as to reduce the risk of damage to the new bridge pier.The results show that the optimized scheme results in the successful blasting of the bridge.And the simulation analysis results are basically consistent with the actual collapse process of the old bridge and the blasting pile range.
