摘要
针对不同幅度下臂架式起重机的强度分析和疲劳校核,选用KRASTA软件完成100 m臂架式起重机的梁单元建模,按照实际工作情况进行多角度多幅度运动,并对其进行多工况的强度分析以及疲劳校核,可依据载荷计算结果对起重机的臂架关键部位设计进行修正,为臂架式起重机载荷计算工作提供参考。
Aiming at the strength analysis and fatigue checking of lattice boom crane with different amplitudes, KRASTA software is selected to complete the beam element modeling of the 100 m lattice boom crane. According to the actual working conditions, multi-angle and multi-amplitude movements are implemented, and the strength analysis and fatigue checking of multiple working conditions are carried out. The design of key parts on crane boom can be revised according to load calculation results, which can provide a reference for the load calculation of the lattice boom crane.
