基于微课与网络教学平台的翻转课堂教学改革研究与实践

摘要
翻转课堂教学改革的核心是改变传统教学模式,将以教师课堂授课为中心,转变为以学生自主学习为中心。结合《商务职业法律风险与防范》课程,翻转课堂教学改革主要从三方面展开:利用好微课资源与网络学习两个平台、在线学习与随堂指导线上线下两个课堂,是实施翻转课堂教学改革的主要载体;围绕知识碎片化、学习个性化,加强基于翻转课堂所需的教学内容重构;线上学习与线下考核相结合,建立合理的课程考核评价综合体系。
The core of the reversal classroom teaching reform is to change the traditional teaching mode, which will focus on teachers' classroom teaching and students' autonomous learning. Combining with the course of Legal Risk and Prevention of Business Occupation, the reform of reversal classroom teaching is mainly carried out in three aspects: making good use of micro-course resources and online learning platform, online learning and classroom guidance,which are the main carriers of implementing reversal classroom teaching reform, strengthen the teaching content reconstruction based on reversal classroom around the fragmentation of knowledge and individualization of learning, and establishing a reasonable comprehensive system of curriculum assessment and evaluation by combining online learning with off-line assessment.
