<正>近年来,脊柱内镜技术得到了迅猛的发展,其临床应用已取得了丰硕的成果。蛛网膜下腔置管术在脊柱外科、神经内科及神经外科等科室中应用十分广泛,但是,由于硬膜外穿刺针的特殊斜面设计及其制管材料等原因,在临床工作中,时有蛛网膜下腔置管断裂的情况发生,使其残留在蛛网膜下腔,根据已往经验,往往需要行开放手术甚至行椎板切除才能取
