摘要
基于固化剂、油石比和含水率对冷拌冷铺混合料性能的影响,研究分析了掺固化剂的冷拌冷铺混合料的微观结构和硬化机理。结果表明:含硫铝酸钙型固化剂的冷拌冷铺混合料比掺PO52. 5水泥的冷拌冷铺混合料的性能优越,前者4 h抗压强度和抗折强度分别是后者的2倍和1. 6倍,两者皆以固化剂掺量5. 5%、油石比5. 5%、含水率4%为最佳配合比;与PO52. 5水泥相比,含硫铝酸钙型固化剂形成钙矾石固相可吸收更多水分,从而加速乳化沥青破乳,其水化产物能改善冷拌冷铺混合料的微观网络结构。
        The beneficial effects of PO52. 5 cement,curing agent containing calcium sulpho aluminate,asphalt-aggregate ratio and water ratio on performance properties of normal temperature asphalt mixture including marshall stability,compressive strength,flexural strength,were studied in the laboratory. The hydration-hardening mechabsim and microstructures of normal temperature asphalt mixture were analyzed with scanning electron microscope( SEM) and DTA/TG. The results indicate that the mixtures prepared with curing agent containing calcium sulphoaluminate have better performance than those containing PO52. 5. 5. 5% cement,5. 5% asphalt emulsion and 4% water contents are recommended. The influencing mechanism of curing agent can be summarized as: curing agent promotes emulsified asphalt de-emulsion and its hydrations improves pastes structure.
