摘要
在现代学徒制理念的指导下,紧扣"学校、企业双主体培养;教师、师傅双重指导;学生、学徒双重身份"的内涵,从构建动态循环人才培养模式、优化"岗位能力+发展能力"的课程体系、组建"教师、师傅双导师"教学团队和突显"学生、学徒"双重身份四个方面阐述了高职英语教育专业与培训行业协同育人的策略。旨在提高人才培养的质量,开创学生、高职院校和用人单位三赢的局面。
The connotation of the modern apprenticeship includes the co-training of higher vocational college and the training institutions, double guidance of teachers and masters as well as double identities of students and apprentices. Based on this connotation, this article puts forwards strategies on the cooperative education plan for the English education major and training institutions in four aspects. Firstly, an appropriate talent cultivation mode is constructed; secondly, the curriculum system which highlights the post ability and development ability is optimized;thirdly, a teaching team consisting of teachers both in college and training institutions is set up; fourthly, the double identities of students and apprentices is highlighted. In this way, the quality of talent cultivation will be improved and the multi-win situation will be created.
