摘要
为高效处置LPG罐车事故,提升消防指战员的初战能力,提出现场初期管控的概念及实施方法。针对LPG罐车事故救援险情突发性强、救援行动时效性高、第一出动力量不足等特点,提出现场初期管控的目的,结合事故类型及其险情分析,论述现场初期管控的任务及具体实施方法。研究成果对于消防救援队伍快速、科学、安全、高效地开展LPG罐车事故救援具有十分重要的现实意义。
In order to dispose LPG tank truck accident efficiently and improve the fire fighters' initial firefighting capabilities,this paper put forward the definition and specific implementing methods of on-site initial control.Based on the features of LPG tank truck accident rescue work,such as great suddenness of danger,high timeliness of rescue operation,insufficiency of the first response forces etc.,this paper pointed out the purpose of initial control.Combining the accident type and risk analysis,it elaborated the task and specific implementing methods of on-site initial control.The research results would be of great practical meaning for fire forces to undertake LPG tank truck accident rescue work rapidly,safely,scientifically and efficiently.
