摘要
根据矿岩性质和采装设备类型不同,对爆破效果的要求也不一样。通过强化穿孔质量,合理选择孔网参数及爆破参数,利用微差起爆、孔内间隔装药、预裂爆破等控制技术应用,以降低大块率,消除根底,防治边坡稳定,改善爆破效果,从而降低采矿综合成本。
According to the characteristics of ore and rock in blasting area and the type of mining equipment, the requirements of blasting effect are different. Through strengthening the quality of perforation, we think, in reasonably selecting the parameters of hole mesh and blasting, will be applying the control techniques such as millisecond initiation, interval charge in hole, pre-splitting blasting. We will try to reduce the mass ratio, eliminate the root and bottom to prevent and cure the slope stability in improving the blasting effect. Thus, the comprehensive cost of mining is reduced.
