973例(2224枚)国产种植体口腔种植义齿修复病例统计分析

摘要
目的:初步评价两种国产体系种植体行种植义齿修复的临床效果。方法:2003年1月至2014年3月在我科植入国产骨结合种植体共2224枚,分别是卫生部口腔种植科技中心(华西医科大学)研制的CDIC种植体1392枚和河北医科大学研制的HBIC种植体832枚。修复设计:固定修复938例,活动修复35例,共计973例患者(含颌骨缺损修复与重建病例)。最长植入时间134个月,最短植入时间52个月,平均植入时间93个月。观察方法为X线检查、临床检查、患者问卷调查等。结果:种植体植入后上部结构修复前松动脱落29枚,上部结构修复后松动脱落52枚,存留种植体2142枚。结论:本组种植体134个月存留率为96.31%。
Objective: To preliminarily evaluate the clinical effects of two kinds of domestic systems and methods for bony union implant denture. Methods: From January 2003 to March 2014, 2224 homemade bone-bonded implants were implanted in our department. They were 832 HBIC implants developed by Hebei Medical University and 1392 CDIC implants developed by the China dental implantology center(West China Medical University). Repair design: 938 cases of fixed repair, 35 cases of active repair, a total of 973 patients(including jaw defect repair and reconstruction cases). The longest implantation time was 134 months, the shortest implantation time was 52 months, and the average implantation time was 93 months. The methods of observation were X-ray examination and clinical examination. Results: 29 of the implants were loosened before the upper structure was restored, 52 were loosened after the upper structure was restored, and 2142 were retained. Conclusion: The 134 month survival rate of domestic implant is 96.31%.
