羟乙基淀粉预防卵巢过度刺激综合征的应用进展

摘要
卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)是一种主要发生在辅助生殖技术促排卵时的自限性疾病,没有特异性疗法。近年来国内外有大量文献报道羟乙基淀粉溶液能够起到显著预防OHSS的作用。本文就近年羟乙基淀粉溶液预防OHSS的应用进展进行分析总结,基于目前对羟乙基淀粉溶液的研究,发现其对预防OHSS的效果是明确的,可以降低OHSS发生率及严重程度,且妊娠期使用对胎儿也是安全的。然而羟乙基淀粉溶液预防OHSS的使用尚缺乏适应证,所以在大量使用于临床前,仍需要质量高的随机对照研究来证实。
