上尿路结石术后留置输尿管内支架患者出院准备度的现状调查

摘要
目的调查上尿路结石术后留置输尿管内支架患者的出院准备度,为医护人员制定患者出院指导方案提供思路和依据。方法选取2018年3月至2018年9月在烟台毓璜顶医院泌尿外科行输尿管镜碎石或经皮肾镜碎石术的患者216例,所有患者均于术中留置输尿管内支架管。采用一般资料调查表和出院准备度量表对其进行问卷调查。结果 216例带管患者均表示对出院做好了准备,出院准备度量表得分为(9.19±1.60)分,各维度得分从高到低依次为适应能力(9.46±1.35)分、预期性支持(9.05±2.12)分、个人状态(8.92±1.07)分。结论留置输尿管内支架患者出院准备度得分总体处于较高水平,但在个人状态维度仍存在不足。医护人员需加强对患者个人状态的评估和干预,以获得更佳的出院准备度,促进患者完成从医院专业照护到家庭照护的顺利过渡。
