中药离子导入治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察
摘要
目的观察中药离子导入治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法患者86例根据治疗措施分为两组,对照组予常规治疗、康复和护理,治疗组患者加用中药离子导入。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)评分、Barthel指数和肌力Lovett评分。结果治疗组的总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的79.07%(P <0.05);两组的NIHSS评分较治疗前降低(P <0.05),治疗组降低更为明显(P <0.05);两组的FMA、Barthel指数、肌力Lovett评分均较治疗前升高(P <0.05),但治疗组升高更为明显(P <0.05)。结论中药离子导入可以提高急性脑梗死的疗效,改善神经功能缺损,提高生活质量。
