摘要

镀锡线随着近几年生产技术的突破及市场需求量越来越大,目前较多铜企业都新上或增加了镀锡线生产线。在镀锡过程中,废锡的产生一直是个困扰企业生产的问题,本次主要探讨废锡产生的原因及如何通过工艺改进来减少废锡的产生。实践表明,通过工艺的改进能够减少废锡的产生,提高其利用率。
        With the breakthroughs in production technology and the increasing market demand in recent years, more and more copper enterprises added tin-plating line production lines. In the tin plating process, the production of tin scrap has always been a problem that troubles the production of enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the causes of tin scrap and how to reduce the production of tin scrap through process improvement. Practice shows that the production of tin scrap can be reduced and the utilization rate can be improved by improving the process.
