摘要

论文简要介绍了BIM技术的应用现状,分析了城市更新项目的特点,从西安幸福林带项目的项目决策、规划设计、工程施工和运营维护等各阶段入手,研究了BIM技术在幸福林带项目全寿命周期的具体应用,为BIM技术在城市更新项目中的应用探索道路。
        The paper brie?y introduces the application status of BIM technology, analyses the characteristics of urban renewal projects.Based on the project decision-making, planning design, engineering construction, and operation maintenance of the fortunate forest belt project, it studies on the specific application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the fortunate forest belt project, in order to explore the way for the application of BIM technology in urban renewal project.
