<正>全球平均每年有100万人被诊断出患有结直肠癌~([12]),结直肠癌存在的类型多样,约40%的病例携带KRAS突变,10%为BRAF突变~([3])。与野生型KRAS患者相比,突变的KRAS预示着不良的预后和生存,同时耐受抗表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)治疗~([4-6])。成熟的microRNAs(miRNAs)是内源性转录调节RNA分子,长度仅有18-25bp,与目标mRNA 3’UTR相结合,负向调节其翻译~([7])。miRNAs已被广泛证实可以调控基础细胞过程,如增殖,分
