甲基丙烯酸甲酯吸附剂的应用分析

摘要
解决了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)吸附剂在使用中存在的运行周期短、价格高、采购周期长、不易控制等问题。通过筛选6种MMA吸附剂,剖析确定了2种吸附剂可替代进口产品;进行了国产吸附剂动态吸附寿命实验,提出了国产吸附剂替代进口吸附剂的应用方案。
In the past,we used the import UOP adsorbent to eliminate the acid combined in methyl methacrylate(MMA).The UOP adsorbent has shortcomings of short running period,high price,long procurement cycle,not easy to control etc.Therefore,it is urgent need of long service life,low price adsorbent.This paper took five kinds of China-made adsorbents to be experimented,then we determined two kinds of adsorption agent to replace imported and completed dynamic adsorption life test.Finally we proposed application program of China-made adsorbent.
