铝电解生产中均衡调节电解槽负压的探索

摘要
以某电解铝厂420 kA电解槽为例,在理论计算的基础上,通过调节电解槽支烟管阀门开启角度的大小,测量调节阀至电解槽之间支烟管段检测点压力,然后通过对该压力大小的控制,实现对电解槽膛内负压大小的调节,确定其生产所需的负压为270~300 Pa。均衡调节电解槽负压后,载氟含量由调节前的0. 82%~0. 95%提升到0. 9%~1. 25%,氟化铝单耗下降了2. 3 kg/t-Al,节约成本约349万元。
        Taking 420 kA electrolytic cell of an electrolytic aluminum factory as an example, on the basis of theoretical calculation,the pressure of detection point in the smoking pipe section between the control valve and the electrolytic cell was measured by adjusting the opening angle of smoking pipe valve of electrolytic cell, then by controlling the pressure, the negative pressure in the chamber of the electrolytic cell could be adjusted,and the negative pressure needed for production was determined to be 270 ~300 Pa.After balancing negative pressure of the electrolytic cell, the fluoride content increased from 0. 82% ~0. 95% to 0. 9% ~1. 25%,and the unit consumption of aluminum fluoride decreased by 2. 3 kg/t-Al,saving about 3. 49 million yuan.
