摘要

翻转机是铝电解多功能机组主梁的辅助生产设备,主要用于大车主梁焊接及运转过程的翻转作业,提高主梁生产效率的同时,保证主梁焊接质量,减轻工人劳动强度,改善作业现场工作环境。介绍了主梁翻转过程中存在的问题、基本需求和条件,并在方案设计过程中对其进行一一解决和实现。着重介绍了轻量型便携式主梁翻转机的结构形式和工作原理。对翻转机作业时的翻转力进行了计算,并对其自身驱动系统进行了选型。最后阐述翻转机的使用方法及注意事项。
        The turnover machine is the auxiliary equipment of girder manufacture to pot tending machine(PTM),it is mainly used for reversing operation in the welding and transporting process of the girder.While it could improve the efficiency to manufacture girders,it also guarantees the welding quality of the girder,reduce the labor intensity of the workers and improve the working environment.The problems of basic requirements and conditions in the process of girder turning are introduced,and they are solved and realized one by one in the design process.The structure and working principle of the lightweight portable girder turning machine are introduced.The turning force during the operation of the turning machine is calculated,and the driving system of the machine is selected.Finally,the operation guide and notes of the turning machine are illustrated.
