摘要
目的了解拉萨市社区卫生服务中心人力资源现况,分析卫生人员配置存在的问题,探讨解决问题的方法。方法数据来自2017年拉萨市卫生和计划生育信息中心执业医师及医疗机构数据库,对拉萨市城关区医疗卫生机构人力资源指标进行描述性分析。结果拉萨市7县区中只有城关区有7家社区卫生服务中心,7家社区卫生服务中心卫生人员共有133人,男性33人(占24.81%),女性100人(占75.19%);医生48人(占36.06%),护士26人(占19.55%);高级职称0人(占0.00%),中级职称19人(占14.29%),初级及以下职称114人(85.71%)。结论拉萨市社区卫生服务中心中级及以上职称卫生人员所占比例相对较低,社区卫生服务中心执业医护人员较少。当地政府和相关部门需要加大扶持力度,提高卫生人员数量及职称水平。
Objective This paper tries to understand the current situation of human resources in community health service centers in Lhasa, analyze the existing problems in the distribution of health personnel, and discuss ways to solve problems.Methods Data from the 2017 Lhasa Health and Family Planning Information Center and the database of licensed medical practitioners and medical institutions provide descriptive analysis of the human resources indicators of the medical institutions in Chengguan District, Lhasa. Results In the seven counties of Lhasa, there are only 7 community health service centers in Chengguan District, and there are 133 health workers in 7 community health service centers, 33 males(24.81%) and100 females(75.19%); 48 doctors(36.06%), 26 nurses(19.55%); 0 senior titles(0.0%); 19 intermediate titles(14.29%); 114 juniors and below(85.71%). Conclusion The proportion of health professionals with middle or above titles in community health service centers in Lhasa is relatively low, and there are fewer medical professionals in community health service centers. The local government and related departments need to increase support and increase the number of health personnel and their professional titles.
