新时代党的良好政治生态的生成机理探析

摘要
良好政治生态思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容,也是党积极回应外部环境变迁的理性产物。新时代党的良好政治生态的生成,既离不开党的外部环境的良性有机和执政系统的动态平衡,也离不开党的内外生态系统的兼容协同,这三者共同构成了党的良好政治生态生成的内在逻辑。营造新时代党的良好政治生态,亟须从党建视域切入,运用系统思维全面厘清新时代党的良好政治生态生成所需的坚实基础、关键要件和良性状态,注重外强净化与内增活力相统一,统筹关照包括党的外部环境优化、执政系统内部要素匹配以及执政系统与外部环境整体效能提升在内的多重因素,多管齐下、综合施策、协同推进党的良好政治生态的稳步生成。
The idea of good political ecology is an important part of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, and it is also a rational product of the Party's positive response to changes in the external environment. The formation of a good political ecology of the Party in the new era is inseparable from the organic health of the Party's external environment and the dynamic balance of the ruling system. It is also inseparable from the compatibility and coordination of the Party's internal and external ecosystems. These three aspects together constitute the inner logic of the formation of the Party's good political ecology. To construct a good political ecology of the Party in the new era, it is urgent to start from the perspective of Party construction and employ systematic thinking to comprehensively clarify the solid foundation, key elements and benignant state which required for the formation of a good political ecology of the Party in the new era. It is necessary to pay attention to the unity of external purification and internal vigor-increasing, and take into account the multiple factors including the optimization of the Party's external environment, the matching of the internal elements of the ruling system and the improvement of the overall efficiency of the ruling system and the external environment, so as to promote the steady formation of the Party's good political ecology through multi-pronged, comprehensive measures and coordinated efforts.
