“大思政”理念下高校思想政治教育整体性建构

党的十八大以来,党和国家根据新形势要求、结合高校育人实况提出了构建"实现全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人"的"大思政"战略定位。"大思政"理念要求将高校思想政治教育纳入更加整全的人文教育系统中,以整体性思维对"大思政"理念作出全息性的理论反映和实践概括,实现高校思想政治教育体系的整体性建构。基于此,应以人员聚合、资源整合、体制融合为导向,以实现人文教育的范式转向、教育主体的多元转变、教育内容的整体拓建为方向构建全方位的"大思政"格局。
Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party, the Party and the state have put forward the strategic orientation of "realizing all-staff education, educating people all the way, and educating people in all directions" in accordance with the requirements of the new situation and combining with the reality of educating people in higher colleges. The idea of "Great thoughts and Politics" requires that the ideological and political education in higher colleges should be brought into a more integrated humanistic education system, and holographic theoretical reflection and practical generalization of the idea of "Great thoughts and Politics" should be made with holistic thinking to realize the overall construction of ideological and political education system in colleges and universities. Based on this, we should take personnel aggregation, resource integration and system integration as the guidance, to realize the paradigm turn of humanistic education, the pluralistic transformation of educational subject, and the teaching. In order to realize the paradigm shift of humanistic education, the pluralistic transformation of educational subjects, and the overall development of educational contents, a comprehensive pattern of "Great thoughts and Politics" should be established.
