摘要

培养大学生的创新能力是新时代高等学校的历史使命,也是高等教育亟待解决的重要课题。本文以西京学院为例,分析了地方高校依托科研平台构建大学生创新实践能力培养体系的必要性,介绍了依托科研平台培养大学生的科技创新能力的具体做法和培养过程中的注意事项,并为科研平台的建设和管理提出了建议。
        Cultivating college students' innovative ability is the historical mission of colleges and universities in the new era,and it is also an important issue to be solved urgently in higher education. Taking Xijing University as an example, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the cultivation system of university students' innovative and practical ability by relying on scientific research platform in local universities, discusses the specific methods and matters needing attention in the process of cultivating university students' scientific and technological innovative ability by relying on scientific research platform, and puts forward some suggestions for the construction and management of scientific research platform.
