摘要
工业蝶阀在开启过程中的开启角度与流量呈非线性关系,其电液伺服系统难以建立精确的数学模型.论文以工业蝶阀为研究对象,建立蝶阀电液伺服系统,并设计出PID控制器与模糊PID控制器.分别在AMEsim和Matlab/Simulink中建立了液压系统与控制系统模型,利用联合仿真技术,对控制系统的控制效果进行对比分析.结果表明,模糊PID控制策略的仿真曲线与目标曲线更吻合,具有更好的控制效果.
The opening angle of the industrial butterfly valve in the opening process is nonlinear with the flow rate,and it is difficult for the electro-hydraulic servo system to establish an accurate mathematical model. The paper takes industrial butterfly valve as the research object,establishes butterfly valve electro-hydraulic servo system,and designs PID controller and fuzzy PID controller. The hydraulic system and control system model were established in AMEsim and Matlab/Simulink respectively,and the control effect of the control system was compared and analyzed by the joint simulation technology. The results show that the simulation curve of the fuzzy PID control strategy is more consistent with the target curve and has better control effect.
