开胃方治疗慢性肾功能衰竭所致呕吐40例

摘要
目的:观察开胃方治疗慢性肾功能衰竭所致呕吐的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性肾功能衰竭所致呕吐的患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组采用中药开胃方口服。观察两组患者的临床疗效、呕吐情况及不良反应发生率,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分。结果:观察组有效率为97. 5%,对照组有效率为70. 0%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组延迟期呕吐的缓解率明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),两组患者预期性、急性期呕吐控制率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10. 0%,对照组不良反应发生率为30. 0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:开胃方治疗慢性肾功能衰竭所致呕吐可改善患者临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Formula for Stimulating Appetite on vomiting due to chronic renal failure( CRF). Methods: Eighty patients with vomiting caused by CRF were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Formula for Stimulating Appetite orally. The clinical efficacies,vomiting and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed,and the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results: The effective rate was 97. 5% in the observation group and 70. 0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The remission rate of delayed vomiting in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the control rate of expectant vomiting and acute vomiting between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after the treatment were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 10. 0% in the observation group and 30. 0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusio: Formula for Stimulating Appetite has a remarkable efficacy on vomiting due to CRF,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
