摘要

在国家新型城镇化及强调优化城镇化布局和形态的背景下,以包头市为例,探讨城镇化发展进程中有重点的发展小城镇的策略。分析包头市城镇发展现状及分布特征,归纳包头市小城镇发展的历程和职能特征,并从政策和空间的视角提出小城镇发展策略。
        Under the background of new-style urbanization and and emphasizing urbanized layout and morphology,taking Baotou city as an example,the paper explores the strategies of developing small-town in the urbanization development process,analyzes Baotou city urbanization development status and distribution features,summarizes Baotou town development history and functional characteristics,and finally puts forward small-town development strategies from aspects of policy and space.
