摘要

主要针对织造车间的纱线在整个生产过程中的流程及构成消耗进行了分析,并有针对性地从管理到技术方面,阐述了如何对各工序采取有效控制措施,使其最大限度地降低消耗,节约成本,使用毛率由原来的3%~4%,降低到2%~3%,为企业赢得了更大的经济效益和生存发展空间。
        In this paper,the flow and the constitution consumption of the yarn in the whole production process were analyzed,and how to take effective control measures in each process form the management to the technical aspects has introduced. Minimize consumption, cost savings, make the ratio of wool from 3% to 4%, reduced to 2% to 3%, ensure that enterprises have a greater economic and survival and development space.
