摘要
维生素C是人体所必需的一种微量营养元素,具有多种生物学功能,大剂量摄入维生素C可能引起血栓、结石、草酸盐肾病等不良反应,且过量服用维生素C的病例时有发生。本文总结了维生素C在抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老和眼病治疗等方面的功能、作用分子机制及临床应用做一综述,并总结维生素C过量引起的泌尿结石和肾脏损伤的常见不良反应,为临床上合理应用维生素C提供参考。
        Vitamin C is an essential micronutrient element in the human body and has a variety of biological functions. In this paper, the function of vitamin C in antitumor, anti-oxidation, anti-senility and eye disease treatment, as well as the molecular mechanism and the clinical applications are summarized. However, in taking large doses of vitamin C causes blood clots, kidney stones, oxalate kidney disease and other adverse reactions, which are sometime observed in clinic. The side-effects of overtaking vitamin C including blood clot, urinary system stone and oxalate nephropathy are also discussed to provide certain reference for rational use of vitamin C in clinic.
