摘要
康家湾矿区位于湖南省常宁市水口山镇,地处世界铅都,因矿方已有的充填孔不能满足现有水泥浆充填需求,目前急需重新施工一个充填孔,充填是提高矿山资源回采量,防止地面下沉塌陷以及周围地下水资源流失的新措施。而充填孔大多为垂直定向钻孔,偏斜度要求极小,需要面对钻孔因施工距离长、地层复杂造成钻孔易弯曲的技术难点。湖南省有色地质勘查局二一七队根据以往多年的钻孔施工经验,在该矿区钻孔防斜方面取得了一些技术突破,自创了钻孔精准防斜施工工艺方法,形成了一套实用高效的钻孔弯曲度质量保障体系。
Kangjiawan Mining Area is located in Shuikoushan Town, Changning City, Hunan Province. It is located in the lead capital of the world. Because the existing filling holes can not meet the needs of the existing cement slurry filling,there is an urgent need to re-construct a filling hole. Filling is a new measure to improve the recovery of mine resources,prevent ground subsidence and the loss of surrounding groundwater resources. The filling holes are mostly vertical directional boreholes, and the deviation requirement is very small. It is necessary to face the technical difficulties that the boreholes are easy to bend due to the long construction distance and complex strata. According to the experience of drilling construction in the past years, the 217 team of Hunan Nonferrous Geological Exploration Bureau has made some technical breakthroughs in drilling anti-inclination in this mining area. It has created a precise drilling anti-inclination construction technology and formed a set of practical and efficient quality assurance system for drilling bending.
