摘要
桩基础能有效减少建筑物的沉降,提高建筑的安全性,因此桩基础在各类建筑中起着重要的作用,但是由于施工原因,可能导致桩出现缺陷,所以对桩缺陷的检测是必不可少的环节。针对传统的静压荷载试验,缺陷桩在被破坏的过程中位移计会发生变化,很难准确地测出缺陷的位置和形态。且其他一些缺陷桩检测的方法费用高,无法精确确定缺陷形态。本文提出一种新的缺陷桩检测方法——VIC-3D的数字散斑技术,对缺陷桩的缺陷位置及形态进行检测,了解缺陷部位的破坏过程。数字散斑相关方法是现代散斑光学技术与数字图像结合对缺陷桩进行全场三维变形测量,通过分析应变云图,可准确确定缺陷存在位置及形态以及其破坏过程。
        Pile foundation can effectively reduce the settlement of buildings and improve the safety of buildings,so pile foundation plays an important role in various buildings.Due to construction reasons,it may lead to pile defects,and the detection of pile defects is an indispensable part. According to the traditional hydrostatic load test,the displacement meter will change due to the damaged pile,which makes it difficult to accurately determine the location and shape of the defect. Other methods of detecting defects of the pile are expensive and cannot accurately determine the shape of the defect.Therefore,we propose VIC-3D digital speckle technique,a new defect detection method, to detect the position and shape of the defect. The digital speckle correlation method is a combination of modern speckle optics and digital image to measure the 3D deformation of the whole field of a defective pile.By analyzing the strain nephogram,the position and shape of the defect can be accurately determined.
