摘要
钻井过程中,钻井液密度的控制对预防井下复杂情况有着非常重要的意义。钻井液密度在在线测量难点较多,如井场的振动、流量和混入空气的影响等。在原钻井液密度在线测量装置的基础上进行了改进,设计了串联双压力振动管密度计作为在线测量钻井液密度的仪表,实现钻井液密度的在线测量。室内测试及现场试验表明,改进后的双压力振动管钻井液密度在线测量装置精密度高、准确度好,误差控制在0.003 g/cm~3以内,并且在使用其范围内,测量结果不受温度、流速的影响。
        Mud density control plays a very important role in preventing downhole troubles. There are many factors affecting the online measurement of mud density, such as shaking of well site, mud flowrate and air trapped the mud etc. A serial dual-pressure vibrating tube type mud density measuring device has been designed by modifying the original mud density online test device, realizing the online measurement of mud density. Laboratory and field test showed that the modified dual-pressure vibrating tube type online mud density test device has high precision and high accuracy, with measurement error controlled in less than 0.003 g/cm~3. In the working range of the device, the test results are not influenced by temperature and mud flowrate.
