摘要
综合运用Java编程开发语言、数据库以及条码扫描技术,结合企业物料实际发放和签收流程,设计开发了低成本的扫描签收系统。该系统可以与企业SAP系统交互,读取并存储物料发放数据。用户以运行安卓系统的智能手机为手持终端,运行物料查询和签收程序,物料接收人员在现场可通过输入、扫描等方式查询并显示物料发放数据,完成实物核对并最终进行无纸化签收。通过该系统的应用,可以有效提高企业物流效率,电子签收减少了纸张的使用量,降低了企业运行成本和碳排放量。
Using Java programming language, database and bar code scanning technology, combining with the actual process of material distribution and signing, designed and developed a low-cost scanning signing system. This system can interact with enterprise SAP system, read and store material distribution data. The users could use Android smartphone as handheld terminal, run material inquiry and signing program, they can query and display material distribution data by input the receipt number or scanning the barcode, then complete material check and final signing process without paper at the workplace. This system can effectively improve the logistics efficiency of enterprises, reduce the use of paper, reduce the operating costs and the carbon emission.
