摘要
针对目前钻机夹持器卸钻操作复杂、可靠性不高的缺点,结合常闭式、常开式夹持器的优点复合形成复式液压夹持器,以实现卸钻联动操作并提高卸钻的可靠性。运用负载自适应的基本原理,将钻机动力头反转回路的负载变化与夹持器拆卸钻杆的夹紧力动态关联,建立了夹持器卸钻联动系统模型,由夹持器卸钻联动系统模型设计出夹持器卸钻联动液压系统,求解出传递函数并分析该函数的响应。运用AMESim对其各状态进行了仿真分析和试验,结果表明:采用所提出的理论及计算方法设计的夹持器能实现夹持器卸钻联动,并显著地提高夹持器的卸钻可靠性。
        Aiming at the shortcomings of complex and low reliability of drilling rig gripper unloading operation at present, combined with the advantages of normal closed and open gripper, a compound hydraulic gripper was formed to realize the linkage operation of unloading drill and improve the reliability of unloading drill. Based on the principle of load adaptation, the dynamic relationship between the load change of the reverse circuit of the power head of the drilling rig and the clamping force of the gripper in removing the drill pipe was established. The hydraulic system of the gripper in removing the drill pipe was designed by the model of the gripper in removing the drill pipe. The transfer function was solved and the response of the function was analyzed. AMESim was used to simulate and test its various states. The results show that the gripper designed with the proposed theory and calculation method can realize the linkage of gripper unloading and significantly improve the reliability of gripper unloading.
