摘要

本文对中国老龄化现状和新农村建设进行了阐述,提出了新农村建设中住宅适老化设计的必要性和重要性,其次结合湖北大别山地区典型的山区环境、人文等因素初步探究该地住宅适老化设计。
        This paper expounds the status quo of China's aging and the construction of new countryside, and puts forward the necessity and importance of suitable aging design for residential buildings in the new rural construction. Secondly, it is combined with the typical mountain environment, humanities and other factors in the Dabieshan area of Hubei Province.The house is suitable for aging design.
