摘要

阐述了成人高等职业教育的发展现状;分析了成人高等职业教育订单班面临重大机遇原因;剖析了订单班面临的主要矛盾:工作与学习之间的矛盾、企业期望与教学规律之间的矛盾、学员期望与教学特点之间的矛盾、教师素质与企业需求之间的矛盾、学校现有管理体制与企业对教师能力需求之间的矛盾;提出了实行差异化的授课薪酬、根据企业需求重组教学资源、借用学徒制制度将订单班学员化整为零等对应策略,经实践取得了积极成效。
        This paper expounds the development status of education in adult higher career. Analyzes the reasons why adult higher vocational education order class faces great opportunities. This paper analyzes the main contradictions faced by orderclass: contradiction between work and study, contradiction between enterprise expectation and teaching law, contradiction between student expectation and teaching characteristics, contradiction between teacher quality and enterprise demand, contradiction between the school's existing management system and enterprise demand for teacher ability; This paper puts forward some corresponding strategies, such as implementing differentiated teaching salary, reorganizing teaching resources according to the needs of enterprises, and using apprenticeship system to divide order class students into zero.
