女性肥胖对生育能力的影响

<正>现今,随着人们生活水平不断改善和提高,各种高脂饮食充斥餐桌,人群肥胖比例越来越高,肥胖症已成为最常见的代谢征群。2014年,世界卫生组织(WHO)报道全球约有1.9亿成年人超重,其中1/3达到肥胖,女性则因饮食结构偏高糖高脂,喜久坐少活动,更容易发生肥胖~([1])。女性肥胖和机体代谢有着莫大的关系,脂肪因子增多改变了代谢和转运速度,并对女性内分泌系统产生负面的影响,使得排卵周期改
