摘要
采用典型的合金滤料和化纤滤料进行脉冲喷吹清灰性能对比实验研究,选取过滤精度接近的合金滤料和化纤滤料作为研究对象。通过全尺寸脉冲喷吹实验台,对由合金和化纤两种滤料制成的相同规格长滤袋进行脉冲喷吹实验,测量滤袋侧壁的压力峰值及其分布、正反向加速度峰值及其分布;同时,采用VDI过滤性能实验平台对滤料进行压降、粉尘剥离率等参数的测试。最后,综合分析对比合金滤料与化纤滤料的脉冲喷吹清灰效果与性能,探索合金滤料的脉冲喷吹清灰性能评价方法。
        By using a typical alloy filter and chemical fiber filter material,the paper studied the soot cleaning performance contast experiments,the two kinds of alloy filter and chemical fiber filter with the same filtering precision were selected.The pressure distribution of the filter bag and its peak value,acceleration distribution and peak value were measured on the fullsize pulse injection test platform.At the same time,the filter pressure drop,dust stripping rate were tested on the VDI filter performance test platform.Finally,alloy filter and chemical fiber filter cleaning effect and performance were comprehensively evaluated and the evaluation method of blowing ash removal performance of the filter material was proposed.
