藏青690幼穗分化特点研究

摘要
培育高产、早熟品种是西藏地区青稞育种的重要目标之一。培育西藏地区种植的高产早熟品种,除了关注穗分化各个阶段都表现出较快的速度外,应重视加快穗分化中后期的发育速度。"藏青690"是高产早熟品种。本研究通过对"藏青690"穗分化的观察,并与不同熟期的代表性品种"藏青2000"和"藏青85"进行比较分析,发现"藏青690"除表现在各个穗分化阶段都比晚熟品种发育快以外,主要表现在穗分化的中后期发育速度较快。
Cultivating high-yield and early-maturing varieties is one of the important targets of highland barley breeding in Tibet. In order to cultivate high-yield and early-maturing varieties planted in Tibet,we should pay more attention to speeding up the development of panicle differentiation in the middle and late stages of panicle differentiation,in addition to paying attention to the speed of panicle differentiation at all stages.‘Zangqing 690'is a high-yield and early-maturing variety. By observing the spike differentiation of‘Zangqing 690' and comparing it with‘Zangqing 2000' and ‘Zangqing 85' at different maturing stages,it was found that‘Zangqing 690' developed faster than late mature varieties except at each stage of panicle differentiation,and compared with ‘Zangqing 2000' and‘Zangqing 85' at different maturing stages,and compared with‘Zangqing 2000‘ and ‘Zangqing 85'. The development rate of panicle differentiation was faster in the middle and late stages of panicle differentiation.
