摘要

建立工作室制是艺术设计教学与人才培养模式的重要途径。漆画工作室作为艺术设计工作室中的一个学科,由于它的特殊性,决定了漆画工作室在人才培养模式上与其他艺术工作室存在共性和差异。漆画作为一门新型的学科,在发展过程中,可以借鉴其他艺术设计工作室人才培养模式的经验,结合自身特点,因势利导,求同存异,创建一个有利于自身发展的新型模式。
        Studio system is an important mode of art design teaching and talent cultivation. Lacquer painting studio is a subject of art design studio. Owing to its particularity, differences and similarities exist between it and other art studios. Lacquer painting as a new discipline, in the process of its development, can learn from other studios' experience of talent cultivation, and based on its own characteristics, adroitly create a new mode which benefits its self-development by seeking common ground while reserving differences.
