综合护理干预对早期结直肠癌患者术后胃肠功能的恢复及疼痛评分的影响分析

摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对早期结直肠癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复以及疼痛评分的影响。方法选取本院接受治疗的早期结直肠癌患者90例,采用随机数表法将所有的入选患者分为观察组和对照组各45例。观察组患者给予综合护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察比较2组患者护理后胃肠功能恢复情况、疼痛评分改善情况以及并发症发生率、护理满意度情况。结果术后观察组患者的轻度、中度以及重度疼痛评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者引流量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的排气时间、流质饮食时间、下床活动时间以及总住院时间显著短于对照组,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对早期结直肠癌患者术后给予综合护理,能够有效的减轻患者术后的疼痛感受,促进患者胃肠功能的恢复,减少并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量,同时也提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on recovery of gastrointestinal function and painscore of patients with early colorectal cancer after operation.Methods A total of 90 early colorectal cancer patients treatedin our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing. Recovery of gastrointestinal function,pain scores and the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After surgery,mild,moderate and severe pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05); Observation group had less postoperative drainage volume( P < 0. 05); The observation group had shorter exhaust time,liquid diet time,ambulation time and hospitalization time than the control group( P < 0. 05). Incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower,and patients' satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the postoperative pain,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of and patients' satisfaction to nursing work.
