摘要

毕业实习是学生获得市级生产知识的有效方法,是培养与提高学生动手能力和创新能力的重要实践环节。以塔里木大学为例分析草业科学专业毕业实习的现状与存在的问题,阐述草业科学毕业实习管理改革的必要性,对如何构建毕业实习管理体系进行探讨。
        Graduation practice is an effective way for students to acquire knowledge of municipal production,and an important practice link to cultivate and improve students' practical ability and innovative ability. Taking the Tarim University as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the graduation practice of the grass industry science specialty,expounds the necessity of the reform of the management of the graduation practice in the grass industry,and probes into how to construct the management system for the graduation practice.
