食管癌术后吻合口瘘护理体会

摘要
目的探究食管癌术后吻合口瘘的临床护理效果。方法选取2013年2月~2015年2月我院收治的食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全面有效的整体护理措施,对比两组临床护理护理后治愈率、护理满意度以及愈合时间情况。结果观察组临床护理有效率、护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预应用于食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者效果显著,能够有效促进吻合口瘘愈合,提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing anastomotic fistula after esophageal cancer operation. Methods To select 76 cases of patients with the anastomotic fistula after esophageal cancer operation at our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015. They were randomly divided into two groups,each group was 38 cases. The control group was implemented by the routine nursing,the treatment group was implemented by the holistic nursing intervention,to compare the cure rate after nursing,nursing satisfaction and healing time of them. Results The nursing efficiency and satisfaction of the treatment group was significantly greater than the control group,differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group,differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention has the significant effect for the the anastomotic fistula after esophageal cancer operation,that able to effectively stimulate the healing and improve the nursing quality.
