秘书职业精神培养融入专业教学的探索

摘要
秘书职业精神是秘书人才培养的核心。浙江育英职业技术学院通过分析秘书职业精神培养中存在的主要问题,并确定秘书职业精神培养目标,遵循职业精神培养的途径,按照国家从"思政课程"到"课程思政"要求,把秘书职业精神培养融入专业教学,融入秘书专业课程的"概论"、"史"和"应用"知识体系和专业教学过程,做到既教书,又育人,把秘书职业精神培养落到实处,才能培养出更多德才兼备的高素质秘书职业人才。
Secretarial professional spirit is the core of secretary talent training. Through analyzing the main problems in the secretarial professional spirit training, Zhejiang Yuying College of Vocational Technology determines the training goal, follows the training path, integrates the professional spirit into the professional training, the knowledge system of "introduction", "history" and "application" in secretarial professional courses and professional teaching process in accordance with the requirements of the state to shift from "ideological and political courses" to "ideological and political education in courses ". It implements the secretarial professional spirit by teaching and educating, and cultivates more high-quality professional secretaries with morality and ability.
